Step One
Connect With A Bespoke Consultant
Begin by requesting an appointment via email to schedule a personalized consultation. During this time, we’ll take the opportunity to discuss your unique style, design preferences, and budget. This collaborative conversation allows us to better understand your vision and guide you through the process of creating the engagement ring of your dreams.
Step Two
Choose Your Diamond
Using our extensive network of trusted, leading diamond vendors, we carefully curate a selection of exceptional diamonds that align with your desired specifications and budget. Each option is thoughtfully chosen to ensure quality, brilliance, and value.
This selection process can be experienced either in person or virtually, where we provide high-definition, 360° videos that allow you to view each diamond in remarkable detail from every angle.
All diamonds are certified by either the GIA or IGI and are selected for their outstanding beauty, featuring dazzling clarity and an eye-clean appearance for maximum brilliance and sparkle.
Step Three
Choose Your Setting
Every TSM Fine Jewelry setting is truly one of a kind, thoughtfully designed and crafted specifically for your chosen diamond. Each piece is meticulously measured and engineered to ensure a seamless fit, exceptional durability, and a setting that beautifully highlights the stone’s brilliance. Our attention to detail ensures that your diamond sits securely while showcasing its natural sparkle to the fullest.
Whether you prefer the timeless elegance of a classic four-prong setting, the sleek sophistication of a bezel, or a fully custom design created just for you, we offer a wide range of possibilities to bring your vision to life.
Our signature design, and the detail we are most known for, is the LoveLetter™ Basket Setting, an original TSM creation and a first-of-its-kind signature touch. This distinctive design features meaningful initials delicately hidden within one side of the basket, adding a subtle yet deeply personal element to the ring. The LoveLetter™ Basket can be paired with a hidden halo for extra brilliance or a clean, classic gallery rail for a more understated look. This special touch can be added to any of our engagement ring designs.
Step Four
Say "I Do" To Your Design
Before production begins, we will create a detailed 3D rendering and CAD (computer-aided design) of your personalized ring. This allows you to view your design from every angle and ensures that every detail, from the setting style to the proportions, is exactly as you envisioned.
You’ll have the opportunity to review the design and request any final adjustments so everything feels perfect. Once you approve and sign off on the final CAD, our craftsmen will begin production right away.
Most rings are carefully handcrafted within approximately 4-6 weeks, allowing us the time needed to ensure the highest level of precision, quality, and attention to detail in your finished piece.

Pop The Question
